Facebook Contest – CampNation Music Video Winner
We are excited to announce the winner of our CampNation Video contest: Spencer Blake with his original song “Take it Slow”. Spencer grew up at Cairn (see Cairn’s listing on camps.ca) and this summer he is working as their head of Adventure Programming. Spencer has won our grand prize: a Toshiba laptop and a Blue – Yeti microphone.

Congratulations also to Jason Taylor (Camp Brebeuf), Colleen Logie and Meghan Morrison (Cairn) – winners, each, of a Toshiba portable DVD player.
Other Winners
There were two other prizes awarded in conjunction with the CampNation video contest:
- Emily Orr from Easter Seals Camp Merrywood won a Panasonic point-and-shoot camera for receiving the most votes in the popular vote that lead up to our judges taking over for ranking.
- Because of Emily’s entry, and one other from an Merrywood staff member, Easter Seals was entered to win a 1/4 page advertisement in the Our Kids Go To Camp magazine – which they won. We are excited to see their ad in print!
