I had a great time last week speaking with Dave Bird, principal of the Pinehurst School in St. Catherines. Pinehurst (view their listing on OurKids.net) specializes in helping students who have learning or behavioural difficulties that prevent them from succeeding in “traditional” classrooms.

Dave is a passionate and committed educator who gives some great advice to parents and students who struggle within schools that are unable to provide the support necessary for these troubled teens to succeed.
