Our Kids Go To School – Sports at Boarding School

Travis Allison

“It gives you the confidence to do better in school.”

Our Kids Media interviewed students from Canadian private and independent schools to see what they gained from participating in school sports.

Some of the benefits they have noticed include: leadership skills, confidence, time to practice, teamwork, time management, and a commitment to the team.

Thank you to the students of Athol Murray College of Notre Dame (http://notredame.sk.ca/), Branksome Hall (http://www.branksome.on.ca/), Collingwood School (http://collingwood.org/), Queen Margaret’s School (http://www.qms.bc.ca/), Shawnigan Lake School (http://www.shawnigan.ca/), St. Margaret’s School (http://www.stmarg.ca/), Trinity College School (http://www.tcs.on.ca) and Upper Canada College (http://www.ucc.on.ca/).
