Whether it’s crafts at Centauri Summer Arts Camp, rock climbing and swimming at a local YMCA camp or photography at GTA Photography Classes, there is something for every camper at summer day camps.
“It’s a great opportunity for them to be with their peers, but in a non-school setting where the primary goal is to have fun,” says Shannon Dickie, a counsellor at Art Gallery of Ontario Camps.
Hundreds of day camps listed with Our Kids offer endless activities with schedules similar to school and completely unique experiences.

Day camp is also a great choice for young campers, or first-time campers, who may not be ready for an overnight stay away from their parents.
