Mark Prasuhn, SVP, Operations & Strategic Partnerships

At CMU College of Makeup Art & Design, we’re proud of our 30-year history in makeup artistry for film, television, theatre, and fashion. And we’re very excited to offer students aged 14-18 a choice of two summer 2017 camps:

1. SUMMER BEAUTY MAKEUP CAMPS: Learn celebrity makeup looks, high trend makeup & the world of pro makeup artistry.

2. SUMMER SPFX MAKEUP CAMP: Learn about the world of pro makeup artistry as used in film, television and video games.

Each camp is 1 week in duration, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CMU’s unique learning environment is intimate, engaging and hands-on. Our teachers have industry experience and technical knowledge that is second to none. We’ve got state-of- the-art classrooms, studios and labs, located in downtown Toronto’s historic Old Fire Hall and an adjacent satellite campus.

Come to CMU and we’ll unleash your creativity, develop your skills and expose you to cutting edge techniques. I invite you to join us to innovate, imagine, and discover.  Please visit our website at cmucollege.com or call us at 416-968-6739 for more information.

The Best Academic Experience

"The complete program is by far the best academic experience I’ve ever had. The instructors are all so willing to help and guide students even after having graduated. Everything we were taught is invaluable now in the professional world.”

– ALEXANDER SILBERBERG, CHILE

I gained the contacts that have been the building blocks for my career achievements

“Looking back at my experience at CMU, the greatest thing I achieved was gaining the contacts that have been the building blocks for many of my career achievements thus far! The instructors, administrators, and staff all showed me such loyal support both during my study of the Comprehensive program  and after graduation. Their support helped me to prepare for the real world and face the challenges I encountered. At CMU, you learn from real working artists belonging to all facets of the makeup industry, and the excitement I felt buzzing around the school gave me true inspiration.”

– MEAGHAN BELL-GREGORY, TORONTO

A Huge Thank You

“I want to send a huge thank you to the school for having such supportive instructors, and for all of their knowledge and advice to help us succeed in the industry. It is because of everything they taught, beyond just school, but more importantly how to make connections and being professional on set, that really got me through the competition.

Many thanks,
Nicole Lupis”
