H2T Elite Dryland Training Inc. Celebrates its one year anniversary

H2T Elite Dryland Training has just celebrated its one year anniversary. H2T (which stands for Head 2 Toe) is a fitness facility specializing in youth fitness programs and sports conditioning programs for athletes of all ages.

Located at 573 Alness St. in North York, Ont. H2T spans 7000sq. ft. and is filled with state of the art equipment and apparatuses geared toward making kids more fit. Director Sue Forberg and her husband Steve Forberg started this unique concept to provide a solution based fitness program that pushes kids fitness levels, teaches them that fitness is fun, and a lifestyle that when embraced at an early age makes for a healthy adult lifestyle. H2T goal is to provide an environment where kids can get a great sweat in, meet new friends, all with specialized trainers. Toronto4kids.com voted H2T one of the top fitness facilities for kids in the GTA last year.

Along with providing both boys and girls a place to work out H2T also specializes in the development of high performance athletes. Each team, or individual that H2T trains has a thoroughly thought out training program geared towards their needs. H2T trains many athletes in variety of sports ranging from baseball, football, soccer, hockey, basketball, tennis, and golf. Many of these athletes play in NCAA, CIU, OHL, and GTHL leagues to name a few. H2T also works with many schools and summer camps as a place where kids come on field trips and are taught about the importance of fitness, health, and wellness.

“I have always believed if youth get exposure to fitness and have an outlet to be more active to lead a healthier  lifestyle as an adult. Last year a study of  Canadian children and youth were assigned a “D minus” grade for overall physical activity levels and I am hoping to change that one child at a time” Said Sue Forberg-Director of H2T.  H2T is thrilled to have  many fabulous and loyal clients and we look forward to continuing to help the youth of today and tomorrow.
