On a gorgeous fall weekend this past September in Kingston, Ontario, Sail Parry Sound sent their top two race teams to Fall CORK. After a summer of intense training and participating in several regattas in Ontario including, Steerers and Four Sisters in Port Credit, Cottage Clubs in Lake of Bays and International CORK in Kingston, the race team continued to improve and progress and move up the ranks. The team impressed with two top twenty finishes in Port Credit, and a top ten and a fourth place finish at Cottage Clubs. At International CORK in August, both teams made the prestigious Gold Fleet. In September, at their final regatta in Kingston (Fall CORK), both teams placed in the top ten, with the team of Thomas and Joie making the podium with their overall third place finish. Congratulations to Ben and Jacob, Thomas and Joie and coach Steve for a job well done!
