Budding Bakers Sr. is a fun and intensive full-day baking camp for those teens who show a particular interest and passion for the pastry arts.

This week is organized by daily themes that showcase some of the most renowned areas of the pastry arts. Through exploring these themes and working through 15+ recipes over the course of the week, our campers will learn the theory as well as the practical training needed to execute these temperamental tastes.

Monday – Breads & Cakes
Tuesday – Pies & Tarts
Wednesday – Custards & Fillings
Thursday – Pastries & Cookies
Friday –Chocolate & Candies

Instead of a pop-up restaurant on Friday, our students will be running an afternoon high tea showcasing some of their favourite dishes from the week. This afternoon tea is meant to teach them the importance of presentation, service and to offer them a peek into how the industry works. We hope your teen can join us for the sweetest week we offer!
