This year we are pleased to offer our newest and most innovative program yet – Sweet vs Savoury! In Sweet vs Savoury, your chef-to-be will gain a complete overview of the fundamentals of cooking as well as baking, while obtaining a new appreciation and understanding for vegetarian cuisine. In the mornings we will tackle savoury recipes, while in the afternoon we will sweeten things up with pastry items.
