Sarah Vaillancourt’s experience as a player and coach allows her to break down and teach specific individual skills that players need in order to play at the next level. Some of the main skills that will in worked on throughout the week are; Skating, Shooting, Stick Skills, Body Contact and Battling. Our Off-Ice Training Program is designed to enhance and improve the players’ on-ice performance through; Speed and Agility, Plyometric exercises, Functional Lifting and Mobility Work. We want players to leave the camp with a solid and safe foundation of off-ice training that will help them reach their full potential. In addition to the hockey-specific off-ice training players will take part in different seminars throughout the week given by professionals in each field.
