In Praise of the Arts
Programs that develop kids artistically are thriving. From east to west we hear of the cutbacks in school arts programs and we wonder what impact this will have on the development of the whole child. In private and independant schools music, visual arts, theatre and dance are given their due.
Community Connection
I believe that arts programming in school made me who I am today. Years of drawing and painting classes lead me into my love of photography and playing Danny Zuko in Grease helped me become comfortable when I teach. What can the arts offer your child?
