Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is an inherited genetic condition, which affects the body’s respiratory, digestive, and reproductive systems.  It affects young children and adults.

According to Cystic Fibrosis Canada, CF causes various effects on the body, but mainly affects the digestive system and lungs. The degree of CF severity differs from person to person. However, the persistence and ongoing infection in the lungs, with destruction of lungs and loss of lung function, will eventually lead to death in the majority of people with CF.

Below, we list private schools for kids with Cystic Fibrosis. Some of these schools also provide support for other special needs and physical disabilities, such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Cerebral Palsy (CP), hearing impairment, visual impairment, anxiety, depression, ODD, ADHD, dyslexia, autism, asperger’s, Down syndrome, and intellectual disabilities.
