If you had time given to you dedicated to work on whatever project your heart desires, what would you do? That's exactly what our Middle School student did this year at their Middle School Form Challenge mornings. These projects came to completion on March 7, at our Form Challenge Extravaganza morning. The event began in the Legacy Theatre, where Middle School students, parents, faculty and staff welcomed special guest speaker and Old Girl Natalie Green (Class of 1992), who is currently in the role of Industry Lead for Food, Beverages & Restaurants at Google Canada. Natalie spoke about her experiences working at Google and why innovation, thinking big and accepting failure are key values for the organization.
Following her inspiring speech, the Grade 7 and 8 students returned to their Form rooms to present their innovative Middle School Form Challenge projects to their teachers and peers, as well as visiting parents and staff. It was a morning of creativity!
