Salvation Army Food Bank

The Salvation Army has put together the Food Bank Program that allows people to donate food to help provide for local families on Thanksgiving. The Salvation Army is known to help change lives of families and individuals.

Thanksgiving is a time that is focused on food, family, and traditions. Cambridge International Students have decided to join with The Salvation Army to help struggling families and individuals this Thanksgiving.

During Food Bank Program the Cambridge International Academy students volunteered their time sorting food donations. The students volunteered and organized food to help our local families.

When food is donated, this makes a difference to the lives of hundreds of families and children. The students learnt during the Food Program to be thankful this Thanksgiving. Students were able to see a positive impact they made in their community.

We are grateful for community partnerships such as The Salvation Army that help provide for our families in the Durham Region.
