Dorothy Byers
Head of School

St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School is a dynamic learning environment.  Our focus is the unique learning needs of girls from preschool to graduation (grade 12). We are not just a school without boys, but informed by research and experience, our programs are designed to focus on the intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development of girls and young women. We design all our programs, whether they take place in classrooms, sports fields, the theatre, local community or international worlds, to challenge and develop each girl as she continues on her path of learning. It is an exciting journey that equips our girls with skills for life!

I invite you to spend some time with us virtually on our website at www.smls.on.ca and then come to visit with us in person. We will be delighted to welcome you and share the unique experience our school offers, and the successes of our graduates!

Kind regards,

Dorothy Byers
