The concept of Total Care grew out of our own Executive Director's and staff's experience as international students and a shared passion to help students adjust to life in Canada. Total Care was intended to help students adjust to Canada using strategies developed under Total Learning® (academic), Total Living® (social and emotional), Total Communication® (maintaining close family ties) and Total Development® (leadership and enrichment opportunities).
Through our Total Care Education System® Columbia International College has developed a solid reputation for academic excellence. As Canada's largest private international boarding university-preparatory school, 100% of our graduates, since 1995, have been accepted into prestigious universities in Canada and worldwide.
Columbia International College was established in 1979. The diversity of Columbia’s staff and student-body enhances the learning environment and encourages creative thinking. Columbia believes in the individuality of each student and tailors its resources to effectively meet the unique Academic, Social, Emotional and Physical (ASEP) needs of our students. As a result, 100% of our students, since 1995, have received admission to top universities worldwide; many with scholarships.
Columbia International College is a private Traditional/ academic day & boarding school in Hamilton, Ontario. The school offers programs for grades 7 to 12 with enrolment of 300 day students and 1000 boarding students. Columbia International College has an average class size of 15 to 25 students and has a tuition cost of $15,000 to $30,000.
