As the Principal at Counterpoint Academy schools for over 20 years, I am invested in the success of every student here. Key to this success is a strong curriculum and positive, open dialogue between teachers and parents. I am proud that Counterpoint graduates have gained the confidence and rigour academic skills and habits to excel.
Since 1971, Counterpoint Academy has specialized in private elementary school education in Ottawa and Kanata for Canadian and international students. A superior private school academic curriculum is delivered by teacher specialists in both the elementary school and the daycare. Counterpoint children are given a solid academic base with a well-rounded curriculum grounded in academic core subjects including literacy and numeracy augmented with the sciences, arts, and physical and health education.
Counterpoint Academy is a private Traditional/ academic day school in Ottawa, Ontario and Kanata, Ontario. The school offers programs for grades PS to 6 with enrolment of day students. Counterpoint Academy has varied class sizes and has a tuition cost of $11,500 to $12,900. Founded in 1971, this private school requires students to wear uniforms and the language of instruction is English.
