PURSuING CHRIST. PURSUING EXCELLENCE. This is more than just Springs Christian Academy’s mission statement – it is our purpose and function as a school. We always want to be putting Christ first into everything we do as a school and believe role-modeling and relationships are the basis for education. Springs Christian Academy works in conjunction with home and church to ensure children are “trained up in the way they should go”, according to Proverbs 22:6. It is through teamwork, as we all have a common goal, that we will see children walking in the Truth of God’s Word (3 John 4). We are pursuing excellence to ensure student learning is always increasing. We will continue to seek out the best practices in education. Teachers are reflective about how they can meet the needs of all our students. We continue to graduate students that are ready for post-secondary education, ministry and the work force. As a school, our PRIORITIES continue to be: 1. To train students in all aspects, including academics, athletics, fine arts, technology, spiritual, and leadership; 2. To pursue excellence in all areas in and out of school and to enhance learning through guest speakers and field trips; 3. To encourage parental involvement and support, especially regarding suggestions for school improvement; 4. To use technology as a tool in all subjects, providing many opportunities to represent learning through technology; 5.
