Special Needs Programs and Activities

Special Needs Programs

Special needs programs provide a range of services that meet the needs of children with unique physical, emotional, behavioural or medical challenges. These programs offer a wide variety of activities for children, including music, arts, sports, language, education and technology, to name a few.

Special needs programs provide support staff trained to work with children with special needs and offer a rewarding and challenging opportunity to get involved in extra-curricular activities and enjoy an enriching experience that builds confidence and self-esteem.

Some programs integrate children with certain special needs into general programs and activities, while others are specialized and completely focused on meeting the needs of children requiring specific adaptations and support.
