Wakeboarding Camps

Whether you are a beginner or aspiring wakeboarder, wakeboarding camps help you improve your skills and meet like-minded campers. Wakeboarding summer camps cover the history of the sport, orientation, safety, hand signals, wakeboarding terms and practical wakeboarding. Camps have programs for all skill levels and ages.

Wakeboarding summer camps are staffed by pro and semi-pro riders who focus on the mechanics of wakeboarding, balance, maneuverability and water safety. Campers can also hone their skills on available spin machines, balance boards and trampolines for an extra workout. In addition, these camps offer other water sports and activities.

Many wakeboarding summer camps offer weekend camps though there are many that last a week or two weeks.

More about wakeboarding
Wakeboarding is a water sport where one rides a wakeboard over the surface of a body of water. It has a combination of water skiing, snowboarding and surfing techniques. The rider is usually towed behind a motorboat. Wakeboarding requires skill and factors like body position, board control, edging, jumping, spinning and flipping play an important role in this sport. Flipping maneuvers are limited to campers who have demonstrated good form in all other aspects of jumping.

Wakeboarding is one of the best things you can do any summer day so why not spend an entire week or more at a wakeboarding camp. Camps listed below offer a mad amount of wakeboard activities including water skiing and more. If you love wakeboarding you'll love wakeboarding camp even more.
