A weekly leadership program for young men in high school. Through seminars and personal mentoring, the program gives students a competitive advantage in their personal and academic lives. For boys in grades 9 and 10, the Big Picture Seminar covers study skills and goal-setting, how to make lasting friendships and ways to lead a fulfilling life. For grades 11 and 12, the Filling The Gaps Seminar helps students with career exploration, navigating contemporary ideas and how to succeed in university. Complementary activities include: studying periods and tutoring, talks on Christian formation, time for sports and volunteering, etc. Visit our website for more information: oneup.ernescliff.ca.
