This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Interpersonal skills: Campers will be introduced to a variety of sports and fitness activities ranging from team to individual, indoor and outdoor, traditional and non-traditional.
  • Physicality: Campers will participate in a variety of team related sports and fitness activities. All training and learning will be done through the lens of inclusion, safety and encouragement.

Lighting Strike Week - Learn to Box, Kick and Self-Defense
Give your child the courage, smarts, skills and confidence they'll use in facing all of life's challenges. We introduce the 'standing' arts including Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai along with street safety education and confidence building. Lightning Strike will be a transformative experience for every camper.
