About this Virtual Program

BKLearning - Summer Online Tutoring (Grades 3-11 English, Math, Science)

This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Independence: The goal of BKLearning tutoring is to build independent study and academic skills.
  • Responsibility: Through instruction towards organization and scheduling, BKLearning tutoring aims to help students become responsible players in their own learning.

BKLearning private tutoring aims to help students achieve academic success through customized one-on-one or small group learning programs delivered by experienced teachers. The process begins with an initial assessment and a conversation with parents about the student’s academic needs. From there, a learning plan is set forth with clear goals for reinforcing or enriching skills. Summer tutoring options in English, Math, and Science include the following:

  • Review and reinforcement of previous grade material
  • Preview and preparation of upcoming grade material
  • Summer school support and preparation for exam retakes
  • Enrichment programs in math, reading, writing, and coding

* Tutoring is open to students in grades 3-11, hosted on Zoom, and offered at a rate of $60 per hour.
