This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Creativity: Campers explore their creative and artistic potential through self exploration by creating self-portraits and comic strips. Skills learned would be sketching techniques (light outline, shadowing, smudging etc.) in addition to learning expressive tools through captions, shapes etc.
  • Independence: The art work the children create is their own. They determine how many details they want to portray with respect to their self-portrait and the storyline and captions for their comic strips.
