When we invest in our own wellbeing and help others to do the same, we become capable of more than we thought possible… and that’s the focus of Wellness Wednesdays. In this course, we’ll explore the skills we need to take care of ourselves, through the pandemic, and beyond. We’ll learn new ways to be creative, and sample activities that promote emotional and physical wellbeing – meditation, yoga, tai chi, mindfulness and more. We’ll look at the role of fitness and nutrition in promoting health, and we’ll share in activities that encourage a positive mindset. Through journaling and self reflection, we’ll explore our relationship with those around us, and with the natural world. This might just be the most important course you ever take! Begin a lifelong journey to be the happiest and most fulfilled version of yourself – in the company of others who share your goals.
