Island Lake ECO Camp has been running the Ecology Day Camp program at Island Lake Conservation Area for the past 24 years. This unique nature camp gives campers knowledge of how the earth works by experiencing nature in unique ways. Activities are adapted to meet the needs of each age group. Activities include canoeing, fishing, archery, mountain biking, mapping/orienteering, crafts, environmental studies and cookouts, just to name a few. New outdoor programs are continually introduced during the season, to keep campers interested and engaged. We keep our program FUN!
The 2020/21 Experience at Eco Camp
Dear Eco Camp Families (and future Eco Campers),
We are currently in discussion with the CVCA (Credit Valley Conservation Authority) in regard to what our use of the site may look like this summer.
It is our intention to run as "normally" as possible within the guidelines of Public Health Unit and the Provincial Government as we head into the summer months.
Clearly, at this time there are many factors that remain unpredictable - therefore we have not opened up registration yet. We will send out a bulk email to all former camp families as soon as we have enough information in place to begin registration.
We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time,
Greg and Karen Sol (Moose and Storm)

My son Charlie is quiet but he genuinely loves it. The staff are great and I am happy to drop him off when I know he’s going to have a great time. I can’t wait for my daughter to experience it too.
