This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Interpersonal skills: Student will be taught a variety of movements, kicks and strikes ranging from team to individual activities, teaching body awareness, teamwork and communication.
  • Resilience: More than just a physical activity for children as it provides opportunities for personal development, empowerment and focus.

Our programs for students allow them to build and foster their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our instructors and staff are constantly working on ways to improve and build upon our community relationships. We strive to provide a safe and inclusive space for our families, students, and community to get active, build confidence, work on goal setting, learn to respect and encourage teamwork.
