This program includes mindfulness practice and relaxation, which supports self regulation and helps to relieve anxiety.
Teen yoga sessions are geared to beginner and intermediate level practitioners. Sessions could be vinyasa, where practitioners move from pose to pose with their breath and each segment of a session is tied together with the ‘flow’ of a Sun Salutation. Deep Stretch sessions are more of a Hatha style where stretch poses are held for 6 to 8 breaths and work to improve flexibility and strength. Deep Stretch sessions are quite relaxing and rejuvenating.

Age Group: 13 – 19 years old
Duration: Every Friday at 4:00pm EST for 45 minutes.
Class Requirement: Minimum of 3 participants required, otherwise class may be rescheduled.
