This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Creativity: programming is based on student-centred dialogue that promotes visual literacy, deepens critical and creative thinking, and invites students to bring their own perspectives to the art they encounter

Tuesday, January 2 to Friday, January 5, 2024
9 am to 5 pm

Led by talented art instructors, this camp will offer a unique opportunity for campers to creatively celebrate the season and discover some of the most fantastic artworks currently on view at the McMichael. While the studio activities will be the central focus of this camp, short outdoor exploratory hikes and the gallery visits before the gallery opens to the public, will further enhance this exceptional winter break experience.
