Video Production + YouTube Creators

Create high-quality videos that will capture and entertain a target audience.

This program will teach participants professional film-making techniques like green screening, scripting, and camera angles & settings to achieve the most remarkable video productions. Along with that, we will teach participants how to create a youtube channel to upload their films (with their guardian's permission)

Kids (7-11 years old) will learn fundamental film-making techniques.

Youth (12+ years old) will learn more advanced film-making techniques.

Learning Outcomes

  • Learn film-making techniques like green screening, scripting, and camera angles & settings
  • Creating and uploading videos to a YouTube channel
  • Identifying a target audience and creating a theme
  • Work with peers on projects to build communication and teamworking skills

Requirements

  • Bring your own laptop with a webcam and microphone (we can arrange one for an extra $50 fee)
  • Compatible devices are Windows and macOS
  • Completed film release form by a guardian on the first day
  • A camera would be a nice-to-have if possible
