Java Programming Adventure (From Beginner to Advance)
Youth will learn one of the most wildly used programming languages worldwide. Big organizations worldwide are using Java to meet their information technology needs. These organizations include banks, retailers, insurance companies, utilities, and manufacturers. Furthermore, organizations are using Java coding in everything. They use Java in building web applications, software tools, and scientific applications. In addition, it runs some of the most incredible Android apps. More importantly, Coding with Java-1 course is carefully designed for youth to give them a head start in building a brighter future in school or future profession! We will get you up to speed with the basics, and then you will walk away with some incredible knowledge and a variety of apps to share with your friends and family and to include in your academic or professional portfolio.
To add more fun and interaction in class, youth will be introduced to Java Processing to express creativity by creating drawings and shapes. Learn how to animate these shapes and drawings to build animations and video games.
All in all, through drawing shapes and building simple applications and games, youth will learn the following concepts in Java:
- Print to screen
- Data Type and Variables such as integer, String, Character and Boolean
- User Input and output
- If conditions and loops
- Arrays and functions
- Classes and methods
- File reading and Writing
- Creating GUI Application with NetBeans
Who can register for Introduction to Coding with Java Program?
- This is a 16-monthly program for coding with Java and NetBeans.
- Any youth 12+ with a good foundation in coding with blocks or any programming language, such as Python, can register for this course.
How is the payment will be processed?
Payments will be auto-re-newed on the first of every month, depending on the number of classes. Using the month of January as an example, you will be charged $100 on January 1st, for the entirety of January 2022 because there are four classes in January ($25/per class)
