PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

My Code Club offers a variety of robotics programs targeting youth. The robotics programs begin by introducing kids to coding and robotics by using Raspberry Pi and Arduino. Then, they continue to progress in their learning to build electric circuits and complete robotic project in advanced stages by using both Raspberry Pi and Arduino.

Throughout the program, learners use a variety of robotics kits and devices including Raspberry Pi, Sensors, Arduino, motors and other components. This approach enhances learning flexibility and the ability to work with different platforms, and insure that coding and robotics learning which forms the heart of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education is accessible to most kids and youth in our community. 

While learning Robotics, youth will be using different programming languages to make their robots go live. Youth will be learning how to code with C, C++ and Python.

This program will be split into four sections:

1. Basics of Arduino
2. Advanced Arduino
3. Raspberry Pi Fundamentals
4. Advanced Raspberry Pi

Youth need to bring their own laptop to the in-person classes.

Who can register for this Program?

• Any youth 12+ can join this program. No coding experience is required. 

How is the payment processed?

Payments will be auto-re-newed on the first of every month, depending on the number of classes. Using the month of January as an example, you will be charged $108 on January 1st, for the entirety of January 2022 because there are four classes in January ($27/per class)

There is a onetime $50 registration fee will be added to the first payment.
