On November 10th, over 160 people gathered for an enjoyable evening of stories and songs, in support of our Single Moms Camp Program. We enjoyed music from The Wiebes, a Canadian gospel music duo and Maple Mustard, an all-lady, Canadian folk band. We heard stories from a mother and her son and daughter who have attended Single Moms Camp and can attest to the positive impact it made in their lives. We listened to a member of the camp staff team, who has returned year after year, share about what Hidden Acres has meant to her. We sold delicious "Campout Cookies" so people could experience what all the kids rave about. All in all, the evening was a wonderful time of music, sharing and connecting with friends and over $16,000 was raised which will provide a positive camp experience for at least sixteen single mothers and their families.
