Principal Chorus sing with The Art of Time Ensemble Dec 15-17

For the second year in a row, the Principal Chorus will perform three shows with The Art of Time Ensemble at the Harbourfront Centre Theatre.

In the second edition of our alternative to the standard Christmas concert fare, we’ve assembled a program that charms and delights, no matter which holiday you celebrate.  Singers Jackie Richardson, Tom Wilson, David Wall, Liam Titcomb and Jessica Mitchell perform classic Christmas carols, holiday heartbreakers and a few surprises, all presented in new arrangements commissioned exclusively for the all-star ensemble.

Readings by actor Julian Richings, a swingin’ performance of Duke Ellington’s Nutcracker Suite by a 15-piece Big Band, plus a handful of instrumental surprises round out a concert that breaks from tradition and celebrates the best music of the season.
