1. Get Inspired

Is this your first time planning a group travel experience? If so, maybe its best to start by asking yourself, what sparks your travel interests?

Are you and your friends more inclined to sit on a beach, enjoying unlimited sunshine and exotic beverages? Maybe you're an active group who has set out to explore the beauty of a brand new place on the other side of the world?

Wherever your interests lie, our group of travel consultants are sitting by, waiting to help you get inspired the right way, so you are able to organize and execute the language travel adventure of a lifetime!

Here are some questions that will help you plan your unique adventure:

What language (s) are you focusing on?

What are your top 3 destinations?

How long are you planning to travel for?

What's your groups average age?

2. Work Together with a Travel Consultant

Our team of dedicated travel consultants is here to help you plan your language adventure, your way.

Choose your adventure: We offer over 20 top destinations worldwide, 6 languages and a wide-range of different trip lengths.  Our consultants are happy to provide all the information you need to plan an adventure that meets all of your groups travel needs and wants.

Things you'll need to choose:

  1. A language or languages
  2. A destination or destinations
  3. Accommodation Type
  4. Length of trip

3. Recruit your Group

Now that you have an idea of what language you'll be studying, where you'll be visiting and for how long, it's time to gather your friends, family, school mates and colleagues!

Work one-on-one with your dedicated travel consultant throughout the planning and recruiting process.

Remember: the more travelers you bring, the more benefits you and your group will earn!

We can accommodate any group size (minimum of 3 travelers)

4. Prepare for your Journey

if the first three steps weren't enough to get you excited, now comes the fun part: Preparing for the journey you just organized!

At this stage, after you've selected the main components of your trip, it's time to pick some activities for you and your group to participate in! A lot of our pre arranged activities are culturally immersive providing you with added opportunity to practice your language outside the classroom while also introducing you to the culture and society.
