Prospects High-Performance Summer Baseball Camp

Our High-Performance Camp focuses on the mechanics, advanced techniques, and approach of playing the game at a higher level. Hitting, Pitching, Catching and Fielding drills that are all geared to help the rep-level campers, learn fundamentals and advanced techniques that will separate them from their competition. High-performance campers will work with our coaches, and current Prospects players.

Camps include analytical evaluations with the latest technology equipment from HitTrax, one of the leading sources for player evaluations in today’s game. $399+HST/session for the High-Performance Camp includes all instruction, a Prospects baseball hat, and Prospects performance shirt.

​All camps are structured to allow each camper time with a multitude of coaches as they rotate around our camp stations learning the finer points of the game. Camps are held indoors at our Ajax facility, in Durham Region, within the GTA. All Camps run from Monday to Thursday, begin at 9:00 am and conclude at 3:00pm each day. 

Typical Daily High-Performance Camp Schedule:

9:00- 9:05: Daily Welcome of Campers and Agenda for the Day

9:05- 9:30: Campers Break into Groups. Functional Warm Up and Stretch

9:30 – 10:30: Daily Fundamental. Base Running, Fielding, Throwing,

10:30 – 11:30: Strength, Conditioning and Mobility

11:30 – 12:30: Snack/Lunch

12:30 – 12:45: Warm-up and recap of morning

12:45 – 2:00: Hitting: Campers move through various hitting stations

2:00 - 2:50: Daily Controlled Coach Pitch 2-Base game or HitTrax game (Teams are divided equally by age and skill.)

2:50pm - 3:00: Clean-up and parent pick up
