Join other Indigenous-identifying youth for a 14-day journey in the Clayoquot Sound, as your group canoes through scenic island and inlets, camps on white-sand beaches and in ancient rainforests, and enjoys breathtaking sunsets. You’ll get a chance to learn some new skills and make some new friends while discussing with your peers what it takes to be an indigenous leader in the 21st century. By stepping outside of the daily routine and facing challenges together with a group of peers, youth will learn how to care for themselves, take responsibility for their choices, express their needs and opinions with confidence, and work with others. Explore the West Coast while learning lifelong skills!
This course is fully funded.
