Sweet & Savoury Snacks is offered on Sat. or Sun. from 1:00-2:30pm (Ages 7+); 8 Week Course: Start date: Jan. 16 > End date: Mar. 7, 2021).
In Sweet & Savoury Snacks, your child will learn fundamental cooking and baking techniques, proper knife skills and diverse cooking methods, as they prepare new sweet and savoury snacks each week! This course was developed to help youth of all ages build their independence and self-sufficiency, while teaching them to view food as fuel and how to take control of their personal nutrition. All the recipes featured are exceptionally balanced nutritionally and meant to inspire a lifelong appreciation and prioritization of one’s health. Each week we will alternate between a sweet and savoury recipe. This course is perfect for students of all ages and skill levels looking to add to their recipe repertoire.
