Cutting Edge Chefs (Ages 7+); 8 Week Course; Thursdays (4:00-5:30pm ): Start date: Mar. 25 > End date: May 13, 2021.
In Cutting Edge Chefs, your child will become increasingly more confident and skilled in knife work by safely slicing and dicing their way through 8 delicious weeks. Through daily demonstrations, hands-on practice, and corrective guidance from our chef instructors, your child will learn foundational knife cuts such as slicing, dicing, chopping and mincing, as well as, an invaluable education of the nutritional significance of each dish.
