Budding Bakers is offered on Mon. to Sun.; various time slots (Ages 7+); 8 Week Course: Start date: Mar. 22 > End date: May 16, 2021.
Budding bakers is a fun and inviting introductory pastry course designed specifically for beginners with a passion for the sweet side of life. This program teaches our students the foundations of baking, starting with the basics such as measuring, mixing and kneading, and working our way up to more advanced techniques such as pastry execution and doughnuts. Leaving the program, our budding bakers will know a wide range of baking techniques, the science behind the ratios that make their baked goods so delicious, and, of course, the practical experience needed to recreate the magic at home!
