April Break Camps and Workshops for 2021!

COZY COMFORTS (5 DAY CAMP): Offered the Week of

  • April 12-16
  • Mornings 10:00am – 12:00pm
  • OR
  • Afternoons 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Difficulty level: Intermediate (beginners welcome with parental support)

With early spring temperatures still chilly, we’re decided to heat things up in the kitchen with Cozy Comforts! Campers will learn both pastry and culinary knowledge and skills as they prepare a new sweet and savoury recipe each day! These recipes are inspired by the seasons, educating our students on the importance of cooking with seasonal ingredients. Savoury dishes conveniently produce 4 full servings, making this camp a fantastic way to get lunch or dinner prepared by your chef-to-be. Join us as we warm homes and hearts, and secure your child’s spot today!

Feel free to email us ([email protected]) or call our office at (833) 243-3862 and we would be happy to further discuss our programs. For more Info, please Visit our website: https://www.rookstocooks.ca

Character Development:

  • Independence: Children will learn different cooking skills and recipes, and how to safely navigate a kitchen. Our chef instructors know the benefits of learning to cook and are extremely passionate about sharing their knowledge so children can feel confident and gain independence in their kitchen at home.
  • Responsibility: Learning to cook and helping in the kitchen at home helps children learn about responsibility. Being part of the family unit by contributing to the meal prep is important for children to feel connected and they can also enjoy a healthy home-cooked meal.
