Mind, Body, and Soul Camp will provide a range of activities that encourage campers to maintain a healthy balance in their lives by nurturing their varying needs. Students will engage in STEM challenges, brainteasers, and strategic board game playing to challenge their mind; dance, games, and outdoor play to promote physical health; as well as journal, and create and practice mindfulness to feed their soul.
