Our fun and easy Yoga classes are for teens of any skill level! Whether she's a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, she'll love exploring how she can improve her flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. We'll also introduce pampering homemade spa experiences like facials, foot scrubs, and more! Aside from the physical benefits, girls will experience reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and mental clarity. Our emotional resilience and personal development discussions will be lead by a master life coach with 20 years of experience supporting teens.
