This program is designed to build the following character traits:

Resilience: Many Tech entreprenuers advocate a "FAil-Fast" principle and we embrace this at Skill Samurai. Beginner coders will make mistakes, we encourage them to test their code often and we help them through the trouble shooting if they have errors. They see and fix their error and rarely repeat it.
Creativity: By focusing on video game programming, we allow the student's creativity to shine. As long as the code is correct, there is really no wrong answer as to how the game needs to look or play. They are free to create their own worlds.

Our in-person after school coding classes provide e our students with a curriculum they can work through at there own pace. Coders with some experience can skip our beginner lessons and advance quickly. If you miss a class you simply pick up where you left off when you return. We're extremely nimble when it comes to rescheduling missed classes to ensure you don't end up paying for unused sessions.
