The L3 program is a unique leadership program designed specifically for participants who missed their DEL and LIT experiences in 2020 and 2021. This program combines the best elements of our DEL and LIT programs and focuses on relationship building, community engagement, tripping skills, and leadership skills to provide participants with an incredible CQE leadership experience. As part of the L3 experience, participants will take part in a 5-night canoe trip, a one week cabin placement and two weeks focused on community engagement and environmental stewardship.
