In this 1 week camp, advanced swimmers will improve on technique for front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke through different learning activities in a one-hour swimming lesson each day. Campers will work on endurance and optional skills such as competitive swimming, synchronized swimming, water polo and aqua fitness skills. Other camp activities include fun swims, arts and crafts and camp games and activities. (not available at Carlingwood Y location).
