This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Interpersonal skills: At Zebra Robotics, we believe, competitions could be a great motivator for improved performance.
  • Independence: Ability and willingness to do things on one’s own. Self-initiative, self-motivation, self-care. Decisiveness.

Students will learn to navigate robots while sensing the environment for autonomous movement using a text-based programming language, such as Python. This course is a stepping stone for students who want to dive deeper into the world of autonomous rovers, setting the stage for enhanced learning opportunities in robotics engineering. Prior programming is not essential. 

In the afternoon, students will improve their programming skills to create challenging games. This camp extends over multiple weeks, and students can attend one or more weeks. After this course, students may be eligible to join our competition teams.

  • Handle errors and noise for better robot performance
  • Control feedback system to regulate autonomous movement.
