Students will learn about robotics by building fundamental components in many robotics systems: a linear motion device.
This camp follows the thinking process of Learning > Building > Solving
By the end of the week, campers will have built their very own linear motion device, learning about the mechanical, electrical, and software design decisions required to complete the project, and then test their creativity by trying to solve challenges using their devices with add-on machines of their very own design.
The content of this camp has been developed for a high school-aged audience, and no prior knowledge of robotics systems or any of their constituent disciplines is required.
