Orange Ciuchcia - is one of the largest networks of kindergartens and crèches in Poland, which operates in the western part of the Warsaw agglomeration. Works for over 21 years. Most of its facilities accept children from 7.00 and deal with them until 18.00, and sometimes and longer. During this time, children implement a Polish educational program, ensuring comprehensive development - emotional, intellectual, physical and social. Fundamental importance in this process is language education, which equips children with the ability to speak and communicate, and mathematical, responsible for the ability of logical thinking. Orange Ciuchcia based methods of working with students on the theory of multiple intelligentsia prof. Howard Gardner, according to which there are 8 types of human intelligence - language, mathematics and logic, movement, visual and spatial, musical, nature, interpersonal and intrapersonal (intuitive), and each man has a unique profile of intelligence, which should be developed accordingly. In the didactic-educational process, the PC determines such a child's profile and on this basis directs and stimulates its development, strengths, not forgetting about weaknesses. At the same time, it equips children with foreign language skills, providing them with bilingual education - English is already started in a group of 2.5-year-olds, and in older groups Spanish is introduced. Language learning is conducted by the method of immersion by teachers and native speakers who accompany children during all pre-school activities, thanks to which in a short time they begin to understand a foreign language and use it. PC kindergartens provide children with specialist psychological care, which helps teachers and parents to solve educational problems, a methodology that supervises the program and monitors children's progress, a speech therapist who constantly checks the child's speech development, dietitian, doctor and nurse as well as special educators (therapists) who in integration groups work with children who require support in accordance with their judgments or opinions. PC is in fact open to children with special educational needs (SPE).
