Question and Answers

Should I consider a large or small school?

Expert Answer

That depends. Look at the entire package a school offers and consider how your child would fit in. An outgoing child, interested in a wide range of activities, might blossom at a larger campus. Other children would feel more content in a smaller setting.

I wanted an intimate educational environment for my child, so we specifically chose a small school for her. She has really benefited from the close community and extra attention. I feel like her teachers really know her personality, strengths, and weaknesses. I doubt they would have this relationship at a larger school.
